A man who suffered an injured elbow as a result of a slip and fall has won a $220,000 settlement.
The case, Rodriguez v. Chen, was filed in Bergen County Superior Court. The plaintiff was represented by Paul Romano of Brandon Broderick LLC in River Edge, NJ. Marshall Dennehey lawyer Michael Sweeney represented the defendants.
